Every Google Apps for Work customer can add the EU Model Contract Clauses (European Commission’s standard contractual clauses) to their contract. This has been available since December 2012. The Model Contract Clauses is compliant with EU regulations and the ruling by the European Court does not affect the EU Model Contract Clauses.
